Anyone could pass between this barrier, regardless of their age. There was a barrier, and I don't even want to call it a barrier because it was so terrible, that blocked the family/kid area from the adult area. And then there was the 'adult only' pool area. A lot of shoes were by empty areas against the walls - where more chairs or tables could have easily been placed. There were chairs lining the 'adult only' section, but not enough that you would have a place to put your dry towel.
You could rent lockers for $0.25, but the lockers were extremely small and half of them were out of service or broken. If you weren't staying in a room (you can go visit the pool area for around $15/person/day regardless to if you're staying at the hotel or not) you were out of luck. The floors were wet (obviously from pool guests) and dirty. There is a small 2-stall bathroom for each gender. No place to change or shower in the new pool area.
I understood that this area was recently opened, but you really have to lower your expectations to enjoy this place.įirst, THERE IS NO LOCKER ROOM. I stayed at TIRC in early March 2016 - right after they had opened the new water park area (The Lagoon).
